Ronald called me to describe the issue with my washer and what noises it was making and ran through a test with me over the phone. He was a nice and gracious as could be and saved me a ton of money. I appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend him.

Ronald answered the phone on the first call and was able to come out on the same day (which was a Saturday) to fix a refrigerator that had stopped working. He did great work and as a result, all the food was saved. He will be our first call for appliance repair in the Fredericksburg area.

The freezer on my side-by-side stopped working and Ronald was able to come to my house THE SAME DAY! Had to run out and get parts, and he fixed it! Ronald is now my go-to person for appliance repair.
