Got a great deal, swift response, and excellent service. The gentleman that installed my units were on site the very next day and took the time to explain to me everything they were doing and why. My systems are working greater. The only recommendation I have is when getting a new system go 1/2 to higher than the old system. The newer systems are not copper and the coolant does not seem to be as good as the old stuff. Will have the same guys come out next year to switch out my other unit.

The Ronald Smith team is extremely professional. The price for my new Trane HVAC system could not be beat by any other HVAC Company. Ronald Smith did extra work (installing a new lineset) and still beat their competitor's prices. The installers were couteous and wore plastic covers on their shoes when entering my home. The financing was quick and easy. They installed my system within two days! I highly recommend Ronald Smith Heating & Air to everyone!!

I am very pleased with this company. Greg came out to assess the problem and was just wonderful. He explained everything in a way I could understand and was very patient. He is the reason I proceeded to hire this company. Alan and his crew installed my new unit then Lee and David checked it out and started it up. Lee answered many additional questions I had and never hurried or rushed me just to "get outta here". The office manager, Renee, always took my many phone calls and helped me tremendously throughout this process. Ronald Smith Can be proud of all their employees. Customer service, kindness and personal attention still exist!

Excellent customer service, timely response. Explained all options clearly. Experienced one minor equipment issue after the install, but it was taken care of quickly and effectively. Excellent value for money... Always my first call when I have a HVAC issue.

They were nearly two hours late. The installation and testing was done by two different people who were not present at the same time. This caused the total installation time to take longer more than five hours. The product and installation was good. Customer service could be improved by communicating more with the customer. It's not good service when a customer has to call for status on a job.
