He was very condescending had to tell me all the projects he was doing and all i wanted was for him to come out and do an estimate. He actually said he would make an exception to not providing estimates and come out to me. He did not show up and when I called him back he was very abrupt , very sharp and did not want any further communication from me stated "I will pass on the job" and hung up the phone before I could say thank you.
