I was 100% disappointed with Ron's Carpet cleaning. They picked up my oriental for cleaning and to remove the fringe. Four months later, they said they were unable to remove the fringe and delivered it to us with several pieces of the fringe missing, we did not accept delivery. Another month goes by and nothing. They delivered it a second time and the damage was worse. I called and asked to speak with Ron, Sr. He would not return my call. I then tried to speak with Ron Jr who also would not return my call. I dealt with a very swest woman, Ida, who was the only one I could speak with. She tried but had no authority to help. The Owners of this business needed to accept responsibility for their mistakes and speak with both happy and unhappy customers. They should not hide behind their staff. Did finally get the rug back after 6 months. Fringe had been removed.

Their staff is courteous and professional . I recently had an oriental rug cleaned, did not think it was badly soiled , just wanted freshen it up as I was having new furniture delivered. When I rolled out the rug, thought they have given me a NEW rug. The colors of the rug were bright and the rug so soft. Great work!
