This man 1. Starting looking through my closets, laundry etc...searching 4 a piece of hardware that was in the box. 2. He wasted time just to charge extra and 3. He changed my showee head and then told me he normally charges a lot of money for that. Really? To unscrew something!!! Waste of money. Never again
