He took an $850 deposit, which was 50%, and never contacted me again. This was on April 14, 2009. In June I was made aware that he'd had an appendectomy, and was recovering. We spoke, he promised my doors were in stock, and he'd be calling within a week. I have heard nothing since then, despite calling him over 50 times. He does not answer nor respond to my calls. I intend to call the BBB within the hour. I feel I've been more than patient, and want my money back

Ron Graf did not do any work for me. Instead he took my deposit and has missed several appointments to install my garage doors. He does not keep appointments, instead he has made excuses after excuses for not keeping appointments. So far he has not done the work I asked for. He has taken my $1,000 deposit for installing 2 garage doors and has broken his promise to install them ASAP. I write this review with all my sincerity and feel totally let down that Ron is a person who can not be trusted. At this time I am looking into my options for reclaiming my deposit through small claims court since he has not answered my calls.

I hired him to do the new garage door installation, covering the outside framing of the garage with aluminum flashing and installing garage door opener. I gave him a $500 deposit, we scheduled the installation date and time and guess what, he never showed up. He stopped returning my phone calls and my messages and just disappeared with my $500. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges, hopefully they get my money back. So if you're looking for a garage door work, don't use Ron's Overhead Door Company.

The work was done flawlessly. We had a slight miscommunication about the cos of parts put in, but this only amounted to $40 extra, so not too big a deal. I should have gotten a written estimate ahead of time.

Ronnie was very professional and responsive. I had two garage door openers installed and some associated parts replaced (rollers and springs). Everything went very smoothly and timely as well. My condo association will soon be replacing all garage doors in the complex and I have volunteered Ronnie's information for the job.

One of the springs on my garage door suddenly snapped, preventing me from using the door. Shortly after requesting a referral from Service Magic, Ron called promptly, showed up on that day, at the time promised, and performed high quality work. He's not the cheapest around but somethimes "cheap is expensive." I would use Ron again for the quality of the work.
