Roof Corp of Metro Denver, Inc., has been in business since 1996, however, Alan Parkes, owner, has over 35 years of roofing experience. We are a factory certified company that is dedicated to providing quality products and services to all our clients at competitive prices. We strongly believe in taking care of our customers and workers in order to build lasting, quality relationships. Over the years our business has installed almost 20,000 roofs throughout the Metro Denver area and Colorado Springs. A high percentage of these roofs have been repeat business and referrals. Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Discussed with Ben who is the project manager that I'm going to have them do my roof and August to avoid hail season in Colorado so that's when the job will officially start.

the roof is beautifully made, the crew was great, effective and knowledgeable. Jeff answered all my questions and worries about product before and after work completed. the crew did a wonderful job to clean-up after completion. I would recommend this company to anyone who desire to put a metal roof on their house.

This was the second time I have used Roofcorp for replacing my roof because of hail damage. I can't say enough about my roofing consultant, Jon Wagner. He coordinated everything with my insurance adjuster, thoroughly explained his recommendation for my patio roof. (Which I went with and so glad I did). The crew was great, finished in a timely fashion and cleaned up everything before leaving my property. I highly recommend them.

Smoothly. From the delivery of the supplies to the finished product, the job was well done. My salesman came over while the work was in progress to ensure that I was happy with the work. He answered my questions and has even arranged for the City Inspector to examine my new roof. I am very pleased with this company.

RoofCorp won out of 4 bidders for our roof project, because they gave us a good price, but not the lowest, and their approach and bid was professionally prepared. We worked with Ben throughout the project. He made sure the work was done on time and with quality. That was in 2017. Three years later, in 2020, some tiles cracked. We called up Ben who sent one of his workers out to inspect the roof. Ben had the cracked tiles replaced at $0 cost to us. Not only did Ben honor their warranty, but he had the job done a week later. No fuss. I would recommend them for a roofing job in the Golden and Denver metro area.

This is a follow-up review to the one I posted previously. There were apparently some communication issues and when the owner found out about them he called me directly and sent a crew immediately to fix the problem.

This is the second time that I have used Roofcorp of Metro Denver and both times they were outstanding. They came out quickly to give me an estimate, worked well with my insurance company, scheduled the roof replacement quickly, Andrew came out and checked on the job during the day it was done and the courteous crew cleaned up completely. They are absolutely, consistently the best.

In addition to the roof inspection, claim filing assistance and actual roof replacement work, Roof Corp project manager served as the overall managing contractor for us which simplified the insurance process and included good recommendations of and coordination with sub contractors for related repairs.

We have had to have our roof replaced a few times over the years (due to major hail damage) and have used Roofcorp, and Andrew Barilla, each time . This last time (in October 2019) was a result of damage incurred from the July 4, 2019 storm in the East Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree area. I'm not sure how this is possible, but my impression of Andrew Barilla and Roofcorp grew stronger; something I thought impossible as they already had my utmost respect and admiration. The new roof and gutters look fantastic. Roofcorps' service is exceptional and their crews are second to none; highly skilled, friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend this quality company.

After a bad hail storm this summer, Ben reached out to quote my new roof. He made the stress of dealing with the insurance company a breeze! He met the adjuster out at my home (i was unable to be there) not once, but TWICE and helped me get everything covered from the storm. The day of the new rood installation he was on site and made the whole process super easy (and they did a great job installing the new roof--it looks great!). The company was very professional and did an immaculate job cleaning up after the old roof came off. I am very pleased and would definitely hire again and recommend them to all!

Jon was great to work with ahead of time. Inspected our original roof and sat down with us to go over everything. Got them scheduled and the workers arrived on time. Took all day (7am-9pm) but they were constantly working. I don’t know much about roofs but looked good afterwards.

Andrew at Roofcorp was responsive and worked with me to deal with my insurance upon replacing the roof on my home. Sadly the shingles were defective and Ownens Corning initially denied my claim. Andrew has worked tirelessly to help me get a warranty approved. I’ve never experienced such great service and I would highly recommend Roofcorp.
