RoofCorp won out of 4 bidders for our roof project, because they gave us a good price, but not the lowest, and their approach and bid was professionally prepared. We worked with Ben throughout the project. He made sure the work was done on time and with quality. That was in 2017. Three years later, in 2020, some tiles cracked. We called up Ben who sent one of his workers out to inspect the roof. Ben had the cracked tiles replaced at $0 cost to us. Not only did Ben honor their warranty, but he had the job done a week later. No fuss. I would recommend them for a roofing job in the Golden and Denver metro area.

I am very pleased with the roof installed on a property I recently sold. Ben, the account manager involved was very professional, and the crew involved was excellent. The job was completed faster than anticipated, and the current homeowner called me to state how pleased she was with the new Owens Corning roof, and the terrific service provided by RoofCorp. Clean up was pristine and prompt.

I got quotes from three companies and chose Roofcorp even though they were the most expensive of the three because of their great reviews online. After working with them, I wonder if it's even the same company - on top of being expensive, they were also low-quality and their communication and customer service really sucked. The problems started early. After signing a contract that gave them a month to complete the work, we didn't hear from them again. I reached out several times and was repeatedly told either that someone was about to call me with the details, or that the crew was going to be out the next day. Neither of those things ever happened, and the deadline in our contract came and went without Roofcorp having even started on our house. When the crew finally did come out, they did about 80% of the work and then disappeared for more than a week, leaving trash and nails all over our property and a dump truck parked on our patio, along with exposed areas of the house where they had removed the old roofing but not finished installing the new roofing. We had to call and email MANY times to get them to actually finish the work. They would say they came back and cleaned the property and finished the work, and then we would come home from work and still find trash and nails all through the yard, our gutters disassembled, and gaps in the work. The biggest problem was that they left about a 1" gap in the roof below a dormer window, so that when it rained the water flowed off the outer windowsill and straight down into our wall. They repeatedly told us this had been fixed when it actually hadn't been. Once they finally finished, our bushes were crushed from where they had left their trash sitting on them and our patio was cracked from where they had backed their truck onto it (without permission - our back gate was locked, but they picked it and drove on in while we weren't there). I tried to get them to either fix or give a discount for the property damage, but they fought that for literally months before finally agreeing to patch the patio and have a landscaper fix the bushes. Overall, there have been dozens and dozens of phone calls and emails just trying to get them to finish the work they agreed to and to fix the property damage that they caused. Eventually they got there, which is why I don't feel like I can, in fairness, give them a one-star review, but my goodness people, if you value your house or your time or your sanity, call someone else - ANYONE else.

We used Roofcorp 2 other times to replace our roof and were very satisfied with them, that's why we chose to go with them again. This project took 6 months to complete due to the wide spread hail damage. Great customer service, but the only complaint I have is they weren't as communicative as they could have been keeping us updated.

RoofCorp is one of the best contractors and roofing contractors Iâ ve ever worked with. My home incurred severe hail damage and needed a new roof together with gutters and downspouts. Andrew Barilla did an awesome job throughout the entire process; listening to my requests, keeping me updated throughout the process, ensuring that the job met my requirements and coordinating with my insurance company. My home was restored in better condition that exceeded expectations. Will definitely do business with them again!

Jon with Roofcorp was amazing to work with. I called and he came out the very next day to inspect the roof and offer solutions! We had a tricky situation with our insurance claim and he was willing and patient to deal with all timelines and special requests! He and his team finished ahead of schedule and even gave us an upgraded shingle for free. No other roofing company was offering that. I would highly recommend Roofcorp to anyone and everyone needing roof work done!

I have used RoofCorp for several of my own roofing projects, and they have also completed roofs for some of my friends. I have always received excellent pricing, service, and quality during each interaction. One of the projects even had a small accident with the driveway, caused primarily by the original home builder. They went well out of their way to repair the driveway at their own expense, even though it was just a few small cracks. I would highly recommend them and they've earned a customer for life!

All was great but they need to better communicate with their crew. Was a mix up on who was getting the plywood. Other than that it went well

Jon did a great job and helped make sure my roof got covered by insurance. He coordinated everything and checked several times while the job was going on to make sure my expectations were being met. I also had a siding/roof joint leakage issue and he made sure to put me in touch with someone who is fixing the siding before it rains. Jon went above and beyond my expectations and actually earned a pair of Omaha prime steaks to celebrate his new addition in the process. The crew worked until 8:45 pm and were very polite and hardworking as my roof got 99% completed in 1 day. Great job by all!

Prompt with their estimate. Found just the right match color wise for the gutter which the other bidders missed. Really hard working crew - from sunrise to sunset. Very polite and thorough. Very pleased with the job.

John from Roof Corp was wonderful-very helpful. He even provided me with a contact to fix an overhang above my door and coordinated this with the roofers. Great!

Sometimes even the best company can make a mistake, and how they handle the error is a much better judge of quality than when everything goes perfectly. Roof Corp immediately called me to acknowledge the mistake and did everything they could to correct the problem beyond my expectations. The roof looks great, the crew were polite and very hard workers. After the job was done, I couldn't find a single scrap or single nail anywhere around my house. I'm very pleased with my decision to use Roof Corp.

Took longer than expected but did the job well

Roof Corp kept good on their price. The project started out slow as they forgot to schedule me, but once they put me on the list, they were very quick and did a great job cleaning up. They forgot to order the paint for the vents and I am still waiting on them to complete this task. Overall, they did a great job.

I had three issues with Roofcorp. 1, They did not notify me when the materials would be delivered. 2. They did not notify me when the work would be performed. 3. They do not accept credit cards which is much more convenient for me.
