We hired Roof Down Construction to demo and re-tile 3 bathrooms, a hallway and a fireplace. At our first meeting John spent a great deal of time with us. He had a calm, thoughtful demeanor that we needed from someone who would be spending a lot of time in our home. We’re thrilled with the results. The tile placement, spacing, cuts and transition are excellent. He found some problems beneath the old tile that he was able to repair because of his general construction background. We’ve hired many contractors in the past. John was one of the most meticulous and hardworking ones we’ve ever worked with.
