I did not have a good experience with Mr. Donovan. I paid him a deposit 10/06 and he said the work would begin 2 weeks later. I received a call a month later that he had issues with his staff and was behind. I ok'ed the delay (the deposit was paid) and he came to my house and began work 12/19/06. Mr. Donovan removed my shingles before the new one's arrived. My roof was left "open" and when it rained, my living room leaked (right after I painted by the way). His repair person did not show up as agreed to fix the repair and I hired an outside contractor to complete the work. He was paid over 2 weeks ago and his trash is still in my yard.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
This was supposed to be a 4 day new roof job. Took 30 days from contract signing, 20 days from site start to finish. Had water leak at first heavy rain. Took 5 days to return and fix. Did not fix or respond to water damage to dry wall inside home. Operating on shoestring.
