Great service and follow up on roof/gutter flashing issue! Leaking gutters on our condo building caused ice to pool at entrance and back of building. Dylan was very responsive. quoted $625 which is what he charged. It took about 2 hours. My doctor charges less than that, otherwise he was fine.

Initially, he said he would come to find the leak and clean it, but the leak never stopped, I tried to get in contact with him and he just did not answer my calls, the only thing I want is for him to come back and fix it.

contractor is passive aggressive he set appointments and never show up or cancel after word , he guarantees the job but does not show up to fix it. The job he did for me was not done right and he does not respond to most of my communication and had not show up to fix it, I find my self in need to call some one else to come and do the job.

Dylan did great. Removed roof in small area and rebuilt it and no more leaks.. Leaked really bad before that has now stopped. Also very reasonable money wise...

Professional and honest

Dylan, of Roof Hunter, Dracut, MA, arrived at our scheduled time. He displayed a sense of professionalism as well as being respectful of me and my property. There were a number of problem areas on my roof. Before beginning the work, Dylan discussed these defects with me as well as how he was going to approach solving these problems in the most cost effective way. Since he had taken pictures while on the roof, I was able to understand. Pricing was fair. Job was completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Dylan of Roof Hunter.
