Craig did a nice job in helping with the quote and insurance negotiation. Thanks for a good job Craig. They are not the cheapest but they do great work for the money. You may want to go with quality versus lowest cost when you do a roof on your home. A good roof protects your home and investment.

After Hurricane Florence everyone was looking for a roofer, I called HOME ADVISOR and ROOF KING WAS RECOMMENDED! Great choice! Honest, professionals and ROOF LOOKS GREAT! Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I was put on the schedule to get a new roof within a few weeks, however the salesman said I could have guys out in just a few days to start and finish the roof. I also had my gutters replaced. They ran into rotten fascia boards and told me they would replace them at no extra cost because I was unaware of the problem. I thought that was spectacular. I hadnt heard from anyone in weeks, then a month goes by. Meanwhile I dont have gutters because theyve ripped them all off. I get a call saying the replacement of fascia boards and a few pieces of small siding is going to be $2,200 for labor and paint as well. I was furious at this point but I also needed gutters so I accepted. A month later, 2.5 months in total, my roof and gutters are done.

I was supposed to schedule a time for them to come out when my fiance and my 6 month old son were not going to be sleeping and instead they just showed up and started working banging away, waking them up in the process immediately. Very frustrating. John I believe who quoted me and called the crew out apologized for his lack of communication but the job was done and done correctly with pictures and done quickly.

This was not a insurance claim so in paying out of pocket, they did not attempt to force an up sell or pressure in any way. Do your homework and get your 3-4 estimates and references from others, go look at the jobs before you decide but you can trust this group in all aspects.

I had a leak in my roof as a result of a bad storm. I made an inquiry on the web site and got a response back within the hour. I had a crew at my house shortly afterwards on the same day. They sealed the leak, were courteous and were on their way with no trouble at all. The management was courteous and responsive. I would recommend them.
