I have an area of my house with a big flat roof and gutter all around. Riley came out and removed this Snow from both and two days later as the ice melted some he removed that. It was done carefully and well. It was a good experience all around. I would recommend them.

From start to finish, my experience was nothing but positive when working with Kozmo + Roof King and Restoration! I first reached out to them for a quote back in August/September of 2025, where Kozmo came out and did the inspection for the estimate. He was extremely helpful and most importantly honest when it came to next steps for our home. Our roof was old and needed to be replaced due to age but Kozmo never made it feel like an urgent situation or emergency just because it was an old roof (which other roofing companies did when we were pulling different quotes). We decided to brace the winter with our old roof, and to no surprise it held up very well, which is what Kozmo’s advice to us was. He had told us we had a few months to a year to look into getting it replaced and his analysis was exactly right! We decided to proceed with the project in late February with Kozmo and his team not only because of the honesty and positive experience, but also because the quote was affordable based on the other quotes we pulled. Communication was extraordinary and Kozmo was very attentive, always answered questions quickly, and was able to get us scheduled quickly as well. He was also on site the day of the replacement, which was awesome and he sent us lots of pictures of the process. I highly recommend if you’re looking to replace your roof, I’m very pleased with the process, attention to detail, and level of care they provided to us during our project. Our roof looks great and is a major upgrade from what we had!

We had a representative inspect our roof after last year's storm and wind damage. Jared was incredibly professional, thorough and helped educate us throughout the entire process. Our insurance agent said the report he provided was the best he's seen and Jared was able to get us fully approved. Once we received the insurance check, a massive snow storm hit which pushed our replacement back quite a bit. He stayed in touch weekly on when they could start the work and once it was started, they were efficient and everything was cleaned up before they left. No complaints and would use them again!

Update! Ignore my first review! I was having health issues and missed phone calls, texts and emails! I humbly apologize to Bruce and the Roof King & Restoration team! I will promote your company from now on! Now if the insurance company will be fair and fix my house! I have a feeling Bruce and I will be friends forever after clearing this up. My husband saw an ad on social media from Kozmo Krueger stating he specializes in working with your homeowners insurance to pay for any storm/wind damage to your roof. Sceptical at first he reached out after a recent wind storm and was pleasantly surprised. Kozmo seamlessly walked us through every step of the way and was able to get USAA to cover a new roof for us. The entire process took about a month and a half and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend Kozmo and the Roof King services to anyone with roof issues.

After coming home to shingles all over my yard after a recent wind storm, I reached out to Kosmo after I saw a post on the "Next Door" app specifically mentioning how he works with your insurance company to cover the cost of any wind damage.  During the initial consultation he climbed my roof and took pictures of the damage and started the process by calling my insurance company from my porch. From there he guided the process along and ensured everything moved along as it should. My only complaint would be the amount of time it took them from the initial payment to installation (which was about 5 weeks and they only gave about a day's notice before the install).  The crew who installed the roof worked their tail off from about 7am-8pm and ended up redecking the entire roof.  The roof itself looks great and the quality has been notable during recent storms. Overall Kosmo was a constant professional throughout the entire process and would highly recommend reaching out to Roof King Restoration.

I got in contact with Roof King and Travis after we had a bad wind storm! Travis and his team at Roof King made this experience easy. Being a 1st time home buyers and needing a new roof with in 6 months of moving in I didnâ t know what I was doing. Travis and his team really explained everything to us and made sure we knew what we were doing step by step!

A co-worked recommended Roof King because I recently had some racoon damage to my roof. I reached out to them, and within 24 hours Mike was at my home to do an inspection for me. Not only did I have racoon damage, but I was also advised that I had wind damage as well. Mike helped me through the home insurance process with ease, and now we're just waiting on the materials to come in to get started. I am very pleased thus far with the whole process.

Just really fantastic all around. I cannot recommend Roof King highly enough, and especially Travis Conley. After inspecting the damage to my roof, they let me know that a replacement should be covered 100% by my insurance. Travis worked with me ever step of the way and was always super helpful. Well fast forward a while, and my insurance, clearly in violation of state law, only agreed to pay for half. However, because Roof King had told me originally that it would all be covered, they went ahead and replaced my roof at now additional cost to me, taking only the half from the insurance company, plus my deductible. At best they broke even on the job. No promises that this would happen in every case, as I am sure every situation is unique, but I thought it was a really fantastic example of a company standing by its word. Also, my roof looks fantastic. There was one small area of concern, but they addressed it immediately when I brought it to their attention. Just a really great company to work with all around. Roof King stands by its word and its work!!!

Throughout the entire process they walked me through and when the job was finally approved and completed everything was put on exactly as they had informed me. Thanks to roof king company and Jake for their hard work ! I would really recommend them to everyone who wants their roof replaced!!
