I can't thank Roof MD enough, especially John Simpson, for helping me through the post hail storm roof replacement process. My insurance company directed me to my "portal" and that was about the extent of their assistance. I'm not kidding. I will not be renewing my policy. John pretty much gave me a PhD in roofing! From explaining the overly complicated finances, pointing out that "Replacement Cost Benefits" was a sneaky way of saying "Recoverable Depreciation" (ASK your insurance company about it). Also the necessary "Certificate of Completion". Ask John for their "Five Steps for Your Roof Insurance Claim" hand out which was INVALUABLE. Communication was excellent, and all my (many) questions were answered. Convinced RoofMD helped me get a higher end shingle AND when I asked about pink shingles, they went along with the joke. I can NOT recommend them enough. 95% of the process was the professional help by RoofMD. My insurance company helped about 5%. Also will do a no cost inspection, feet on the roof - NOT a drone. I have a tile roof and have had a hard time getting anyone to come out and make routine repairs. Roof MD came out and cleaned my roof thoroughly and replaced all of the missing mortar and tiles. I was impressed that the mortar that they replaced matched and didn’t look new and out of place like previous repair jobs I’ve had done. I am very pleased with Roof MD and plan to have them come out at least every other year to do maintenance on my roof.
