My first estimate was an eye opener! I had no idea the price of a new roof. It had been 26 years since I purchased a new one. I called USA Roof Masters after looking online at different companies and reading their reviews. The salesman, Phil, came to my home. He was my third estimate and his price was in the middle. By then I knew a lot about new roofing materials and was able to figure out they had great products and their pricing was terrific. I also had an insurance claim, and the first adjuster had already given me their offer. I wasnâ t pleased with the offer so Phil met with the insurance adjuster, a different one, and that resulted in full coverage. What more can I say! The job was completed in a professional manner and on time. They followed up a few times to make sure I was happy with my new roof. I am very happy and satisfied. As part of my project I had a metal roof section installed above the front porch. It looks beautiful. That portion was done by a different company that specializes in metal roofing provided through USA Roof Masters as part of my estimate. They were also the nicest and most professional company to work with. I would definitely use them all again and would refer them to others without hesitation. I had this company come install a new roof in the summer of 2019 after I had hail damage. This was covered by insurance, 100%. I provided a down payment for them to complete the job via my insurance company, with the rest to be provided after the job was completed as requested by Tom from USA Roof Masters. I have called, texted, emailed dozens of times(and this is a year later ) and they still have not gotten the certification of completion of a new roof to me which is what is needed for the insurance company to release the rest of the money to pay them. They will not answer my calls or texts. My insurance company has drastically raised my rate because they gave me a large sum of money which they have no proof of what it was spent on because USA Roof Masters will not provide a certificate of completion. Their work is not top-notch. Caulk lines are not properly done, not great seals. They unhooked an attic fan during instillation and left without telling me that they did not wire it back together. They left exposed wires which could have arced and burned my home down. Luckily, I found it before that happened. Then they came back to **fix it** they installed it wrong and broke the fan. 100% would NOT recommend.

They offered a free roof repair leak to any healthcare workers. It sounded too good to be true but I was completely wrong. They just finished repairing a leak that I had at no charge. Such a blessing to have their help during a difficult time.

Frank, the sales rep was very helpful, always returned calls in a timely manner. The work was completed in one day and cleanup was excellent. Most of all, I appreciated the care and consideration the company provided to make sure we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the job. WELL DONE

USA Roof Masters installed a new roof, replaced our gutters and downspout, and did fascia work. They were very professional and all the work was top quality. Jim was excellent as our salesperson responded immediately to any questions or requests and always kept us informed on the timing of projects. I would recommend USA Roof Masters without hesitation.

We found USA Roof Masters on HomeAdvisor. The company crew under site supervisor Al did a professional job of installing a new roof, gutters/downspouts, and fascia repair/capping at a competitive price. At the outset, this certified Owens-Corning contractor offered top-of-the-line materials such as synthetic underlayment secured by plastic-capped nails, and high-definition shingles. There was no extra charge for a Platinum lifetime warranty that covers both materials and workmanship. The workmanship portion of the warranty extends to 25 years, far longer than the workmanship warranty offered by other contractors. Site supervisor Al took care to ensure that bad decking and fascia wood discovered in the tear-off of old roofing was removed and replaced. Al and Roof Masters executive Tom Kovack also went the extra mile to answer our questions and address our concerns. Tom even agreed to paint the replacement fascia wood with primer/sealer at no additional labor cost. We are very pleased with the work and we have received many compliments from neighbors on the look of the new roof and gutters. We look forward to many years of service and protection from the elements.

Extremely professional, very knowledgeable of their product and service. They took time to explain every detail and answer all my question no matter. Tom and Bob Kovack were great to work with, not sure I would have been able to get though this without them. They're friendly, have great communication and very honest business men. Everything on job day went exactly like I was told it would. The work team that came out were respectful and very skilled workers. Showed up at 7am and was done by 5pm. My roof looks amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I run into too. Thank you guys so much for all your work.

I was pleased. They gave me a good price- the lowest of the 3 quotes I got -and did a quality job. The crew worked long and hard -from 7am to almost 8 pm! Everything was cleaned up nice and the roof looks great. They were good to work with.

From the first meeting and through to finishing the job, they are excellent at communications - listening and answering in a very timely manner. Explained everything thoroughly and have a terrific marketing packet that shows every detail, type of material and more. Bob Kovack and his team were extremely professional, worked neatly and I already recommended them to a few people.

A fantastic roof experience from beginning to end. Tom came out for the estimate and was prepared to tell me everything I needed to know, even some things I didn't know I needed to know. He gave me an estimate on the spot, and it was nearly HALF of another company's estimate from the same day. After that we met with Bob, who explained how the project would be run. The removal of two layers of shingles and installation of new shingles, as well as a full shingle and plywood replacement on our shed, took one day. Can't recommend them enough.
