I highly recommend RoofPro. They are a high quality company that provided excellent customer service. TJ, my estimator for the project, provided my a free inspection, inside and outside of my roof. Took photos of wood damage and small leaks and he provided me with estimates for both repairs and a complete new roof. I decided to go with a new roof. The work was scheduled within 2 weeks, completed the work in less than 8 hours, cleaned up thoroughly and TJ even plugged a small leak in my gutter, which was not part of the contract! I have recommended RoofPro to all my neighbors.

The estimator was very clear and efficient and courteous. The workers came shortly after the contract was signed--on the day agreed on and stayed till the repair was finished (7 p.m.).

RoofPro did a thorough check of the roof and offered the lowest estimate out of four. The customer service experience was mixed. Initially told by Jim that the project should start "about 10 days out" from the time the work order was signed, I did not hear from Jim again despite calling and leaving a message stating I had water coming through my ceiling. The work ended up happening after 17 days. A courtesy notification would have gone a long way. On the positive, their office was very helpful and prompt in coming back to the house after the job to re-check the work and answer a question.

The job was done on a very cold blustery day. There was a late delay of the project but they arrived early the next morning. The new roof was put on in 1 day. I was told by John who wrote the proposal that he would take pictures of the finished work. So far that has not been done. I will reserve my judgement on the work until I see the new roof. In fairness to Roof Pro I have not called them yet about this matter.
