This contractor hired an independent crew because of the size of my roof. they completed the roofing part quickly. the crew created a lot of unnecessary waist with materials including opening multiple packages of single at the same time. DK forgot to bring a flashing bender to the job and the crew did a terrible job of bending the flashing which eventually had to be replaced. Siding had to be removed on several places to install the roofing. It took almost three weeks for DK to send someone to replace the removed siding, and the I had to provide the new flashing to replace the poorly made flashing that was installed. It then took well over a month to replace other bad flashing that was already installed in another area. The DK owners watched to bad flashing being installed, and I complained at the time, but they did nothing to correct it while it was being done. I have enclosed photos of caulking the owners did on the holes on the facia left from the removed metal roofing

We were so impressed with the work completed. He knew the problem as soon as he saw it. This had been repaired several times by other roofers and they junked it up. Kelli is so nice and knows his expertise.I could not ask for more. I will be using them again for sure. We had a hard wind blowing rain and no leaks. You can feel like you got your moneys worth.

Super reasonable pricing. Was willing to take a smaller job without charging an arm and a leg. Very responsive and the communication and flexibility was great. Neat work, mess cleaned up, and got the job done fast.

The work crew was on time, worked efficiently and took time to get the job done correctly. I appreciated the owners being honest about issues that were not originally installed, but could cause more damage to the roof if not corrected. I would recommend and use this group again in the future.

Absolutely recommended these guys!! We had a last minute roof repair that needed fixed quickly and these guys came out the very next day, and fixed it same day!!! They even found something the flippers didn't finish and offered to finish it for us. HighbQuality work at an amazing price! Kelli and Mark were so nice and worked very quickly!
