I’ve been waiting since last year for someone to schedule my project. The insurance payment was already collected, but then winter came and work never began. Since then, one person came to take a siding sample, which was lost, and another had to come take a second sample. It’s frustrating to see work being done on other projects while I’m not receiving any return calls or updates on mine.
