I had several estimates from other companies. Dana got my business due to his professionalism interacting with me, his customer. He never stood me up for scheduled appointments like a few others did, was on time always, gave me a very fair estimate, did an excellent job repairing my roof, cleaned up afterwards. He guarantees his work which is a plus. I wanted to give my business to a local company, he had very good reviews, and I would recommend Roof Remedy without any hesitation.

Just The fact that They were Quick prop Did what They Say needed done it was Done Great!!

This gentleman was very friendly and arrived on time. The problem is that I hired him to fix my roof because of the wind damage. After he went up on the roof and fixed a few pieces, he came down and told me that the shingles that fell off were NOT from my roof--they were from the roof next door! They nailed down a few loose pieces but charged me the full price that I would have paid had the shingles fallen off MY roof. Needless to say, I was very disappointed that he waited till after he nailed a few pieces down to tell me that my roof was basically fine--just a few pieces that had lifted up. Other than that, I had no problem with this company.

Dana called me 15 minutes after putting in my request, Showed up that look at the damage, he had to come back the next day with another guy because of the pitch and height of the repair. The repairs we done nicely and are holding up well.

After talking with a few contractors I felt comfortable hiring Roof Remedy. Even though it was bitter cold and snowing, Dana came out and inspected the damage and gave me an estimate. (Asphalt shingles blown off a section of roof) . As soon as it was safe he and his son were here to do the job. They matched the shingles as best as they could and they did a very thorough job . Dana guarantees his work which is comforting. I would definitely recommend Dana to anyone who needs roof work done.

I was nervous about using HomeAdvisor but I knew my job needed to be done. I m glad I did. Dana Donnelly gave me excellent service and was a very personable individual in addition.

The work that he had done in the end was above and beyond that typical contractors don't do because of the nature of the process and did an excellent clean up. He left in better condition that when he started!
