Great experience all around. They were very efficient and did a great job.

I called company 1 1/2 years after complete new roof installed at cost of $33,000. They say the are no longer in business in Florida and will not even do a leak repair! Horrible!! They stated they would not honor a warranty, and they were not licensed in Florida. One of the reasons I chose them is because they were in business for so long, they did not even leave anyone to take care of their customers!

They came in and replaced our gutters and were very professional and did a great job!

I highly recommend Roof Repair Squad. They did a great job with our home roofing, carpentry and gutter project. From the technicians to the owner himself who frequently checked in during the project, everyone was dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. They quoted a fair price relative to other bids I received, and their willingness to work directly with my insurance to recover my depreciation amount was a nice perk. Most importantly, they delivered high quality of work with no surprises. Christian Martinez was exceptional before, during and after our project. Very knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and able to make us feel comfortable with the project. He was always very responsive, honest, communicative, friendly and acted with integrity. Absolutely great to work with and clearly an important part of their team.

Thank you so much guys for taking care of my moms house . We where very hesitant to just hire anyone with my mothers house . But after the first meeting with Christian, we felt calm and ready to move forward. Christian was awesome to work with. Even after the insurance company denied the full roof replacement, he fought to make sure we got it done. He quickly requested another inspection, and was able to get the whole roof done. Had a very good experience and the new roof looks great. Work was done professionally, quick, and the area was left clean. Gabriel Florentino is extremely responsive and I really liked receiving photos during the installation to keep me informed on the progress. Would definitely hire them again!
