TERRIBLE! Eric gave me a quote on replacing a 40 foot length of privacy fencing and posts and a few side bits to bridge where my fence didn't line up with the neighbors' fences. He didn't use all new materials. He used two of my existing 13 year old fence posts - his excuse was that they were covered by his one year warranty. He also used sections of my 13 year old wooden fencing to create the extra side bits. He grudgingly agreed to use new fencing for those bits and promised he'd be back in a few days but it's been over 6 weeks and he keeps saying he's too busy. So I paid for a new fence but parts of it are 13 years old! He also has the fence panels touching - or in some places, buried IN the dirt! So the wooden fencing absorbs a ton of water and will rot quickly. Eric said he will not raise the fence unless I pay him another $50. He won't be able to fix it easily either because the fence posts are not all the same height! I paid him in full, assuming he would be honest and honorable and fix the shabby job he did, but I'm still waiting 6 weeks later and he has not responded to my last two attempts to make contact. My only recourse at this point is small claims court - and I'm leaning toward that. Don't be fooled! The workmanship is terrible and the service is worse.

"The city of Royal Oak requires fencing not be over 6 feet and they have a strict enforcement team. I told you I would be willing to cut the bottom of the fencing up off the ground for an additional charge in order to stay within the city law. I WILL NOT violate law and raise fencing in violation of the law and you put a scathing review up as punishment. Further we did remedy the posts and end sections of fencing per your request. I also have spoke with you every time you have contacted me. Your review is that of an entitled person who didn't get their way because her contractor wouldn't violate law."

After calling the morning of the appointment to reschedule, the contractor did not even bother to show up for the rescheduled appointment.

I'm very please with the service I had remodeling my bathroom. Took them 8hrs. From start to finish. I ordered the wrong stall kit and Eric took it back to home depot and got a different one.so I'm very pleased. I'm single and can't do this by myself. Price was very fair and I had 3 reference.
