We could not be happier with VBR and our new roof. The service was exceptional from the beginning estimate to the end of installation. The final product is absolutely beautiful. Robâ s estimate was extremely reasonable and the crew was efficient, prompt, and VERY respectful of our property. We would highly recommend VBR for any of your roofing needs.

I received several quotes from several local roofers and I wasn't pleased with the cost or customer service. But one of my friend's neighbors recommended VA Blue Ridge so I called and spoke with Jim Lane. He came out the same week to inspect my roof, gave me an estimate that I could live with and a timeline to start and complete the project. He walked me thru each step, helped me picked out the shingles. His crew started early in the morning and they were finished by 1 pm. They cleaned up all material and left the yard the way they found it - cleaned. Because I did specify the color of the material over the dormer, he followed up and indicated they could change it if I didn't like it. Within a couple of days, it was changed to the color I picked out. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, great customer service, quality of work, and follow-up.

As a courtesy to me, the job was performed two days prior to the (roofing) contract start date in order to accommodate my need for it to be completed prior to my home-buyer's closing of the contract on my home. Their workers were promptly there first thing in the morning. This was a complete tear-down of two layers of roofing, working around two chimneys plus an extremely large skylight. Every bit of debris was removed from the site. And, they replaced the warped gutter guards as well. Both myself and my homebuyers were pleased.

We were so fortunate to hire VBR Roofing and Restoration. They took the time to help us with a beautiful roofing design, they were on site and their team were extremely polite and efficient.
