We are a fully licensed, insured, and warranted roofing contractor that specializes in roofing repairs and roof coatings. We can have a licensed roofer at your home within 48 hours to get your issues solved! Our company was founded because most professional roofing companies will not do small repairs. This left homeowners with only two options. Work with a reputable company on a full roof replacement sooner than they needed it, or have the repairs done by a unexperienced, unlicensed, and uninsured individual. Now you don't have to choose! All our repairmen have a minimum of 10 years of experience and are trained specifically for handling technical repairs including: - Using a roofing snake/Pactool. This slower method allows us to surgically repair small areas without cracking the surrounding shingles. - Sistering rafters if the wood underneath has become compromised by water intrusion. - Tests for identifying the source of water intrusion.

"Hi Mable, I just saw your feedback about the project. I don't see any record of you getting ahold of us to discuss it, but I would be happy to help with any changes you need. It has been a long time since we did your project, but I recall speaking with you directly and that you were frusterated since our office wasn't open Saturday or Sunday to confirm if the weather would allow us to complete your Monday project. I also remember that you were frusterated by the delay when the guys ran out of material, but that you said all the work was then completed with good quality. I apologize for how our communication caused delays that invonvienced you. We need to do better. As a service company, it is our job to provide a good expereince for our customers and we failed to do that for you.
