The screws were working out of our metal roof, and we were getting water stains in one room along the outer edge. Miller came right out, explained what was needed and as soon as the weather was good the job was done. Roof looks much better. Will have to wait and see if there are any more leakage in the near future.

While they repaired the roof they did not replace the ceiling and post so their pricing was a bit off

It's hasn't rained yet so I cant say if I don't have leaks but that is what I paid for and that is the service that was provided by Mike with Roof Solutions today. Miller and Mike were both informative and nice guys. Mike is who did the work and he was very thorough in explaining why he was doing certain work in certain areas, after he evaluated the roof. This was my first time getting any kind of roof service on any home so I'm not sure if the price was good or bad but seemed worth it to me. Didn't like that they dont accept cards but Miller has a ton of alternative payment options so, not being able to use my debit card was not a deal breaker plus Miller explained why and I think its a perfectly great reason not to accept cards. Honestly, the alternative payment options are more commonly accepted anyways so kiddos also for staying up-with-the-times! I would recommend Roof Solutions as a service provider for your residential and/or commercial roofing needs. AND great clean-up too!

Very easy to do business with. They came out one afternoon to look at the site, and estimate the work. It involved taking care of some holes in the soffit where birds were getting in, plus tightening the gutter fasteners, plus removing any blockages in the gutters. They did the work on time, and charged LESS than the estimate.

Response to initial contact timely. Showed up on time as scheduled. Very professional, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns during initial contact. Price close to expected cost. Great job completed within the time agreed. Would definitely rehire for another job.

They effectively and efficiently completed the project within two working days, while explaining each step and keeping me informed. Their pricing was fair and reasonable for the work performed. I recommend them for any roofing project you may encounter.
