I was completely blown away by the prompt service, and the courteousness. Not only did they fix the spot, but they also pointed out how an adjoining neighbor had not cared for his roof siding and was potentially damaging both of our homes. They put a patch up until the neighbor could take care of it. I am calling them next week to arrange a new roof by them ONLY -- that's how satisfied I was!

R&D was a little slow to schedule my job in the beginning. Once they started, the job went fairly quickly. Communication between the president and us was very good. He responded to our questions and concerns quickly and professionally. It is now nearly 2 months after my roof and gutters are complete and I haven't had any water problems that existed before. Pricing was very good with this firm compared to many others I checked out. I would use this company again.

Mr Deighton, of R&D Industries, showed up when he promised(or called if he was running late). He was the only person giving us an estimate who actualy went up onto the roof to inspect the damage. He seemed knowledgeable about roofing repairs and the availalibility of matching replacement shingles. His charges were fair and not excessive and he provided us with a written estimate and contract. We were impressed with his these things, and pleased with the work he did for us, and would certainly recommend him to others.

R&D Roofing is one of the best roofers I have encountered; I was a builder for over ten years and these guys are the best. We had a complete 'tear-off' and new roof. Top quality work. Every appointment was kept. Russel and his men are on time and on budget.
