Roof Squad

Garroway took care of us and was available during the whole process. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up wonderfully. Every question we asked, he answered. Highly recommend... Let them help you out!

Cristian C. with Roof Squad was honest from the start. He wasn’t pushy like many salespeople can be, and he stayed responsive throughout the entire process. He and his crew completed our roof in a single day, then returned the next day to make sure we were fully satisfied and that every question or concern had been addressed. Our roof and chimney had been leaking, and with all the rain lately, getting everything repaired has lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. The new roof and chimney repair have made such a difference. I highly recommend working with Cristian—he has a relaxed, easygoing attitude while still being extremely knowledgeable in his field. I can’t thank Cristian and Roof Squad enough. If you need a new roof please reach out, you won’t regret it! ☺️

I am pleased to write a positive review for Roof Squad on a day when we have had a couple of inches of rain and my roof has not leaked for the first time in memory. After five minutes on my roof, Carlos had identified primary issues that none of the many other companies who have been out had ever even mentioned. After that, he worked cooperatively and patiently with me in coming up with a detailed contract that I was comfortable with for a thorough project at a very reasonable price. At each stage of the process, I had an assigned point of contact who addressed my concerns and proactively kept me informed. The two-day removal and installation was most impressive - the crew was there early both days and all were productive and efficient, and it was obvious that they were doing very high quality work. After the job was finished a couple of issues arose with another contractor, and Carlos and his team were there on short notice to help resolve them. I really cannot recommend them highly enough, and I would say that with Roof Squad, I have finally found my New Orleans roofing company.

Wes and his crew were absolutely amazing with the replacement of my roof! Everything was done in one business day and everything was immaculate when they left! I highly recommend!

We live in Metairie and our experience with Roof Squad was phenomenal. I am not one to embellish reviews so this is not the case. Scheduling a quote was easy and quick on top of being a very fair quote. The cherry on top for us is that they back up the work that they do without hesitation. In our experience those proven qualities are hard to come by and we appreciate that and the company. Professional and patient employees are a plus as my husband had many questions and was given solid advice.

Dennis Saybe was very courteous and professional. The price was reasonable and the work done during the time scheduled. Very good job.

Great experience all around. They were very efficient and did a great job.

I called company 1 1/2 years after complete new roof installed at cost of $33,000. They say the are no longer in business in Florida and will not even do a leak repair! Horrible!! They stated they would not honor a warranty, and they were not licensed in Florida. One of the reasons I chose them is because they were in business for so long, they did not even leave anyone to take care of their customers!

I highly recommend Roof Repair Squad. They did a great job with our home roofing, carpentry and gutter project. From the technicians to the owner himself who frequently checked in during the project, everyone was dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. They quoted a fair price relative to other bids I received, and their willingness to work directly with my insurance to recover my depreciation amount was a nice perk. Most importantly, they delivered high quality of work with no surprises. Christian Martinez was exceptional before, during and after our project. Very knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and able to make us feel comfortable with the project. He was always very responsive, honest, communicative, friendly and acted with integrity. Absolutely great to work with and clearly an important part of their team.
