I hired this company to repair a leak due to an issue with a flat roof. Chad was prompt and made the repair, at least I thought and provided me with pictures. He gave me a 6 month guarantee and about 8 months in the roof began to leak again but worse than the initial roof. I tried calling, and texting but no reply.

Very Impressed. Came out for estimate on repairs for my screen room roof the same day I called. Came back the next day did the repairs in about 2 1/2 hours. it took me months to find someone who would even call me back or do these repairs. Great job!!!

Chad use one can of spray sealant for a small area and he charged $1000.

"I am sorry you feel that way, however, that was not painted and it is not cheap either, I had to use two cans of it. it may be hard to see from the ground but I also fixed multiple leaks and sealed roughly 70 shingles that were loose. some of these repairs are more complex than others and with the experience we make it look easy because we don't have to stop and think. I know right away what the problem is and how to fix it. it's that experience and know-how in addition to materials that created the price for this job."

Chad responded quickly and came back the next morning to do the job. I had contacted two roofing companies before Chad. One did not contact me at all and the other one did not respond in a timely manner, so when Chad said I'll be back in the morning to do the job, that was so refreshing to hear. I am very satisfied with the repairs he did to my roof.

Chad was very polite. He evaluated the roof and gave a quote for repair of the leaks. He further provided recommendation for other repairs that would prevent water from coming in for which we decided to to proceed with the recommendation. Overall, we would hire Chad with Rooftecs again.
