RoofTek was responsive when trying to get our business. Now that the roof is leaking they have diappeared off the face of the earth. They are definitely not honoring their warraanty. Fifteen calls and messages left and numerous texts to the project manager yet they are still avoiding us. This is not the type of roofing company anyone should want to install and stand behind their roof. I hope I can help others in need of roof repair or replacement to avoid making the same mistake of choosing RoofTek Florida LLC. Or any other RoofTek in the country since they all seem to be owned by the same person, Jake Ackerman, based out of Millcreek, Utah. If you are unsure of the RoofTek in your area check the website. If they use rooftek.com then they are the same company. Beware.
