Knowledgeable, professional, and miticulious. I was impressed with this company when they came out to give me an estimate. But I was even happier with the work they accomplished. No only did they do an amazing job but they cleaned up after themselves, no nails or stray shingles to be found. I highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing and get the job done right.

Prompt & efficient. Ross patiently explained what was needed to replace the roof & the insurance paperwork. His crew is professional and work well together. Ross is extremely honest and dependable. We are selling the house. The buyer's inspector claimed that the roof had hail damage and should be replaced. I asked Ross at Roofers LLC to evaluate the roof and give me a quote. Ross examined the roof thoroughly and included approximately 20 photographs in his report. His report detailed that the roof did not have hail damage and that the roof did not require replacement. The buyer's inspector was wrong. Our realtor asked a second roofing company to look at the roof and they backed up Ross's findings. Ross at Roofers LLC did all of this work, at no charge, and then recommended that he not replace the roof. Ross is an honest and dependable man. I would use him on any project.

After a severe hail storm April 12, 2016, I suspected we had roof damage. The next day, after checking the Pro Reviews on Home Advisor, I called Roofers LLC in Piedmont, SC and talked with Brian Ledford. Brian came out that afternoon to look at my roof. His opinion was that I did have damage and suggested I call my homeowner's insurance and file a claim. I did and an adjuster was scheduled to come and assess it. Brian had told me he would be glad to come and meet with the assessor when he came. He came, and after receiving the assessment, insurance agreed to replace my roof. Based on research already done, I thought I wanted Roofers LLC to do the work. When their estimate was competitive, I hired them to do the job. They began work early on a Wednesday afternoon, and by nightfall, had all the old shingles and felt removed and new felt installed (on over 3,500 sq. ft. under roof). That night, around 10:00 PM, I received a call from Ross Ledford, Brian's son, saying a strong unforcasted storm was heading our way. He wanted to come back over from Greenville to Anderson to make sure everything was covered and tied down so there would be no wind damage. They came and worked over an hour making sure everything was secure. They finished around 11:15 PM. I was very appreciative that they were conscientious enough to do this. The next day, Thursday, they completed the job. They did an outstanding job installing the new roof, hauling away all debris and cleaning up everything, including nails. We were very pleased with Brian's and Roofers' handling of all aspects of the job. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or repairs.
