He was professional, courteous, and educational, and as new home owners we appreciated that last part especially. The crew were friendly and terrific. They not only repaired the areas that was discussed, but also took a thorough look around and put back/changed a few other loosening terracotta tiles that we didn't notice previously. The price was reasonable as well. We have an old roof, so although I don't look forward to the next storm or snow, at least I'm more confident than ever. Will definitely recommend anyone who has traditional terracotta roof to talk to David.

Found David through Home Advisor. Frankly, I was a bit skeptical of all the 5.0 reviews but let me tell you, heâ s the real deal. Had to replace our 30-year-old asphalt roof. During the initial consultation, David came fully prepared with an aerial overview of our house and explained in plain English what he recommended. Followed-up with a detailed work plan and most competitive price (better than 2 other quotes) and service guarantee. A couple of weeks later, as scheduled, his team arrived early in the morning and finished the same day. House was protected and all debris carted away including those pesky nails. David came afterward to inspect the work and ensure our complete satisfaction. The final price was exactly as quoted. No surprises. Very professional, a rarity these days. Highly recommend him without hesitation!

A tree fell on my house on Christmas eve. The next morning, I contacted David, who also did my roof a few months prior. My roof came out great and the price was the best in the area when all things were equal. After calling David on Christmas day, he came over w a crew in less then hour and cleared the tree and patched /boarded up the smashed in window. The next day, he came back and clear the tree debris from my roof and front lawn. David is easy to work with and handles every job w care and a prompt response. In addition, his prices are fair. I am pretty picky about who does work in my home and I am very price conscious. It is nice that David exceeds expectations on both ends.

Davidâ s team was very professional. They provide a great tip sheet that was helpful to get prepared. A day before the job the material and the dumpster showed up, then they did the work, and the day after the dumpster was gone. It was like clockwork. Davids team did a great job on replacing the roofing, fixing the siding for us. The team is professional and did a thorough cleaning up around the house after work. David is also a very nice person and very easy to approach and work with.
