They were incredible! Accurately diagnosed my problem (leak came from dormer window) when 3 of the 5 roofers shrugged and suggested replacing the whole roof. They not only arrived early, finished the job faster than they said, and cleaned up - they ALSO swept my porch and repainted my dormer window! Friendly, quiet, competent. I wish I had more jobs I could hire them for!

Very responsive when I submitted request. Arrived promptly for our appointment and was able to assess the situation and provide a solution at a very reasonable cost. Job was completed by the end of the following business day preventing any more leaks in my home. I would highly recommend.

I needed slate roof repair and this was one of the few companies that said they work with slate. I'm now certain they had zero experience with slate roofs and were just looking for a job. My roof was leaking due to worn metal and they said they would replace all of the metal. Instead, they slathered roofing tar over most of it, permanently damaging the adjacent slate shingles. Where they did bother to replace metal, they used cheap aluminum barn roofing instead of proper snow guards made for slate roofs. The end result was a roof that had more leaks than before I hired these guys. And because of the roofing tar, replacing the metal the proper way was going to be prohibitively expensive after this company got done "fixing" my roof. I ended up having to tear off the whole roof and replace with asphalt shingles. What should have been a $4k repair job for a competent roofer turned into a $15k replacement. Adding insult to injury, they failed to clean up any debris, instead leaving piles of discarded metal and slate all over my hard. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they know how to do standard roofs, but I would never let these guys near a slate roof.
