My name is Thomas Dazzi and had a roof installed in 2023,all good at the time, fast forward to 2024. Roof is leaking at the ridge vent. They sent out a representative to inspect it. He shows up in a white panel van with boards for windows and padlocks on the doors, i knew i was in trouble. He climbed up on the roof and so did i. he said the whole ridge vent needed replaced because they walked all over it when cleaning up and they had to order the materials. I didn't hear back from them so i called and was told they were having a meeting on Tuesday to schedule me and nothing happened. I made more phone calls and sent texts. I have dates and times. I would call and get a voice mail for Trevor and of course the mailbox is full. The hurricanes hit and then the holidays and still no call back. Now i have walls and floors damaged. Insurance won't touch it because you have to give the roofing co. a chance to right the wrong. A lawyer wants $1200 to write a letter to them to fix it.

Ty Connor, Roofing Expert, was very nice and pleasant. However, the roof inspection failed the first 2 times. It wasn't until the 3rd inspection that it passed. The owner, Trevor, never did respond to any of my follow-up requests regarding the wind mitigation inspection that was included in the contract. Paid for it, but they never sent any one out to do the inspection. Ty did his best to update me when he could, but the 2 failed roof inspections and paying for the wind mitigation inspection that never happened is very disappointing.

final price was exactly what was quoted. They were professional and efficient. Very satisfied.
