Because Dustin did such a great job on one of our family members home, he came highly recommended to us and he did not disappoint. From our initial contact with him, he was A+ on his professionalism. Getting a roof done and dealing with insurance can be stressful but the way Dustin approached the situation put us at ease. He took his time and explained EVERYTHING to us about the process (and was on point about the information he told us upfront). Not just at his initial consult did he have excellent communication but throughout the entire process. The crew worked efficiently and gave us a beautiful new roof on our home. They covered the ground well (which Dustin had told us would happen) and cleaned up debris to our satisfaction. The yard was cleaned well enough that our lawn man mowed the lawn immediately after the project was finished and had no issues with nails or anything else that posed as a hazard. Dustin and Roofing Done Right exceeded our expectations and I would personally recommend him for your next roofing project. Top level professionalism and customer service are hard to come by these days. My family member and now we, stand behind him.
