Good job - reasonable price - hard workers and Drone photos of before and after! Very good experience !

John, the owner, was the only person out of 9 roofing companies I contacted who asked me why I thought I needed a new roof. He told me he wanted to check to see if my underlayment even needed replacement. He is honest and told me that my underlayment is in good condition and had a lot more life before I need to replace it. He could have gone the route of all the others and quoted me for an entire replacement at 9K to 14K. Instead, I paid a small fraction of that for a roof repair and maintenance which was all it needed. I canâ t say enough here about what a great company Saguaro is. Honesty is in short supply nowadays and itâ s so amazing to see it put before profit.

They were prompt, explained the problems with photos and what was needed to fix them. They completed the work promptly.

They arrived when expected, looked at the job and said what was needed, which was not a new asphalt roll roof but proper reinstallation of new underlayment. Job was done well and pictures taken throughout the whole process. One small thing was they said they could do it right away, or not at all. I don't like snap decisions on a repair like this. That said I do like what was done and am happy with the job!

I met John Day and his son John Jr for the first time today as they were in the neighborhood working on other peoples roofs. They mentioned to me that my roof needs some touch-up as there were areas that showed considerable cracks. They explained their process of how they will rectify by applying a rubber coating and finishing off with an aluminum spray coating all across the roof. They also said that they will at the same time help clear out debris from my gutters. It took them about 2 hours and they took many photos of the before and after. As part of the job, they will also come out 2 times a year for 2 years to check up on the roof and help clear my gutters. That is a nice touch for sure. They addressed all my concerns and put me at ease. They had the genuineness that is ever so important in this business.

I couldnâ t have asked for better work done. Father and son team really went above and beyond and finished the job within a few hours of my quote. Would recommend 100%

I had both my homesâ roof coatings done by John Day Roofing. They were well equipped with all their supplies and got right to work. They were super professional in the sense that they explained everything I needed and didnâ t need in detail. After the jobs were done, they came back to check on my leaking roof to make sure things were ok. They respond within reasonable time when I reach out. The gutter cleaning at my house was an excellent job done. I appreciate their professionalism and friendliness!

Proffesional and relable!!

I called many roofing companies to come assess and repair several leaks in my house. My roofing had been done a dozen years ago and I did not believe it needed replacing but had been told over and over again by different roofers that the only way to go was a complete replacement. John Day and his son came to my home and assessed any damaged shingles and areas which needed repair. They adeptly tracked the source of leaks and fixed everything on the spot for a very reasonable price. They were professional, understanding, and competent and I highly recommend them!

They give you true and reliable profession opinion and think for your cost saving. I feel so lucky to meet them. My slate roof was 100% repaired with flashing. They show you what they did and explain clearly what they will do before work. I feel so comfortable to be with them licensed pro with noble character.
