Problem free from getting an estimate to having the work done. The sales rep was knowledgeable (for example about reglet flashing) and the crew supervisor clearly very experienced. The crew were hardworking, careful, and unfailingly polite. They took great care to protect the house and landscaping and stayed on top of cleanup throughout. Work was done on time as promised and they started the job on short notice to fit our schedule.

My experience was amazing! Very friendly, punctual and convenient service. They assessed my problem, made a recommendation, and installed all under a week. I will absolutely be returning if I need anything again. I 100% recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! We had our entire house resided. First off, the sales "pitch" was not a pitch. I didn't have to listen to the history of the company, no hard sale, no back and forth negotiation where they start high then come down so we feel like we're getting a deal. They were respectful of our time, asked what we wanted, took measurements, then came back with multiple quotes for different products they offer. We went with Hardy siding throughout because their prices were so competitive! The quote also included a line by line what you're paying for and having gotten quotes from other companies, we appreciated the details. The price was so good it was a no brainer. The customer service was exceptional. The communication with the main office was fast and constant throughout the project. The were even able to start a month earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise. The work crew was wonderful. They showed up bright and early every morning and worked super hard all day until 6pm every night. We were blown away by how much they were able to accomplish every day. Very professional and hard working. Last but not least, the work product...they took a 50 year old house and made it brand new! The attention to detail was exceptional. Every vent, exterior light, outdoor outlet, water spigit etc was cleanly boxed out with PVC rather than just caulked. I wasn't expecting that and it looks so beautiful. The siding itself is so solid I bet it'll last the next 50 years! It's the best looking house in the neighborhood! I think there's a few neighbors who will be calling them after seeing our lovely house :) We couldn't be happier that we went with this company, from beginning to end they were great!

Benny was great I've used him for skylights and gutters and he's been excellent, prompt, and affordable! Highly recommend.

John Ast was amazing to work with. He spent a lot of time researching options for us. He would come back with detailed notes and pricing. It was a big decision for us to replace our entire house exterior with Hardy Board late last year(2017). John's crew was amazing - very thorough. There were just one or two surprises that impacted the overall budget. It has been months and not an issue. Top quality work!

I researched to find the best product, warranty, and installer. I believe I did, but time will tell. Roofing & More office staff and installation crew were very easy to work with and very dedicated. My new roof looks great! If it lasts as well as it looked upon completion, I will be very pleased

My wife hired them on the day they came to the house, Sep 18. Unfortunately, they pressured her into signing and giving a deposit that day so we did not get to compare to any of the other contractors. Since I was working with my insurance company and their estimate was significantly higher than the insurance adjuster's estimate, I asked them to send an itemized list to send to the insurance company which they said they would do in the next day. It took almost 3 weeks and several phone calls to get this. Five weeks after the original appointment on Oct 20, they brought by the wrong siding and could not start the job. So, I cannot answer any of the questions above. In the meantime, it has rained 5 days over the last 5 weeks, and each time the damage to the inside of the house gets worse. Hopefully, once the outside is complete, the contractors who will work on the ceiling and wall repair won't have to adjust their estimate.
