Roofing Pro was an excellent choice for our roofing and gutter needs. They took care of everything and the work was done in the time they estimated. When the job was done the cleanup was thorough. We will use Roofing Pro for our needs in the future.

Roofing Pro Representative Chris Love did a great job reviewing all the roofing options. Then did an equally great job coordinating the installation. We are very happy with the final product!

A little late in writing this, installation occured end of December 2018.... Our roof was damaged during hurricane Micheal and needed to be replaced. Contacted several roofing companies in the area. Travis came out to our house and met with my wife and I. After meeting with him we decided to go with Roofing-Pro. During the meeting we discussed in detail our concern about protecting our scrubs because we had just spent a lot of money replacing all of our landscape scrubs. Travis assured us that the scrubs would be covered to protect them. We also have 2 dogs and were concerned about nails. He assured us that the nails would be gotten up using magnets. The job took 2 days. The first day several people showed up, all scrubs were covered, and nails were picked up. The second day was different. Only 2 people came, no scrubs were covered, no nails picked up. Several scrubs were damaged and needed to be replaced. I had a magnet so I went over the yard/landscape. I picked up enough nails in one part of the yard and driveway that it overflowed a quart container. Continued to find more nails. I took pictures of the roof replacement for myself and the insurance company. I contacted Roofing-Pro to discuss the issues. Matt called and we discussed the issues. He asked me to send him the pictures which I did. He said that was not how Roofing-Pro works. He apologized several times and was willing to discount the cost of the roof installation for the scrubs to be replaced. He went above and beyond to try and make things right. Overall I would recommend Roofing-Pro to a friend.

Roofers showed on a Friday afternoon, no phone call to let me know. Could not do it that day as I had company all afternoon. Roofers dropped off supplies and left. I saw one of the guys with two cans of beer, got into the truck with the driver and left. Did call their office to advise reschedule and beer incident. Let the buyer beware.

The crew ran out of ridge cap material with about 4 feet left. That part of the ridge cap is inconsistent with the rest. I have contacted Roofing Pro, but they have not addressed the situation yet.

Stay away from this company they rip people off. I have had nothing but problems with this company since the beginning. These are just some of the pictures I took showing the improper installation of my roof. Once they were done with the work they tried to get payment. I know most homeowners would not have climbed on the roof to inspect the work that had been completed, but I did. I had to threaten to take them to court if they did not rip off what they has done and start from scratch and with a different crew other then the one they sent. Now I am having issues with my roofing leaking around the chimney because it was improperly flashed. I can't get the owner to return my calls. Chris, who is one of his employees returns my call, but all he can say is "I can't get a hold of Donny" (owner) or "As soon as I see or talk to Mr. Gleeson (owner) I will let you know". This has been going on for over a week.

customer service friendly and easy to work with. salesman was (is) a wealth of knowledge and ideas. we spent much time together going over 'how to's' and he covered things I was not familiar with in roofing. he took pictures of the entire roof before and after and showed me every step that took place. i'm waiting now for a big rain because there were several leaks which I was assured were fixed. would highly recommend this company for anyone with a neglected roof because every issue is taken care of.

They left tacks in the driveway after the first day. The workers would come by without calling ahead and most of them spoke very little English. The front office won't call back for service when needed and won't coordinate with me on install or repair times. They are truly not customer friendly, at least not to me.

Roofing Pro just barely finished the roof before dark. They did an excellent job, but were a bit rushed doing the cleanup at 8PM as the sun had already set. Roofing Pro did not install "Drip Edges" under the gables. I complained and was told that normally, they do not install drip edges under the gables. However, the lady said that Roofing Pro would send someone out to add drip edges under my gables. It's a very minor point.
