Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
Placed a fabric barrier between flat roof and tile roof. Took him a little over an hour to place it. I asked if I pay when we know the leak is fixed. He stated no I pay now. Gave him 1100 dollars cash. It rained two days later. The room leaked even more than before. I sent him a video of the leak. Did not respond. After two days I left a voice mail. He did not respond. Tried calling him again the next day. No answer. I then made another account on Angie list with my wife phone and name with a fictitious address. Asked for a quote from Roofing rx as I did before. He called me back after 5 minutes. I asked why he was ghosting me. He said he was having back pain and had just left the chiropractor. I said the proper thing to do was to call me to let me know what was going on. He stated I do not get phone service where I have been working. I stated you called back in 5 min when you thought you were getting another job request. He then stated he was going out of town for a week. I stated ok let start over call me when you get back. He stated he would be gone Saturday to Saturday and he would call me first thing when he gets back. This is now Tuesday no call. Sent message into longer need his service. I tested the flat part of the roof before I even called a roofer . The flat part did not leak. I feel he needed money quickly for vacation and made up a way to get my 1100 dollars. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend this co.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
Roofing Rx was on time and professional, Repairs seemed a little expensive for what they were but that just seems to o be the going rate for roofing companies. He did at least fix a few extra cracks and chips that werenâ t part of the original scope for no extra charge, which was nice. Iâ d use them again.

Two guys worked together. They were punctual. They were organized and worked very methodically. They were safety conscious as they worked on a very high project repairing fascia boards. Highly recommend this company. We have used them for many years.

We had two small areas where our tile roof was leaking, nothing major. We did a great deal of research and had several companies give opinions and quote. Roofing RX was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explore all options. Their company focuses almost exclusively on tile roof repair. They did an OUTSTANDING job, we are EXTREMELY pleased with the work done. The price was very fair as well. In a world where so many companies are looking for a quick buck with inflated prices or claim you need a whole new roof, Roofing RX is a family business with the highest quality and ethics. I have read lots of good reports on this company, I decided to hire them, I have a tile roof, maybe a bit difficult than shingles. Wayne is a nice guy, however, he quoted me something and in the middle of the job added another 20%, fine no issues here. They fixed the roof and terribly placed back the roof tile uneven, they did not even know how to stucco the seams, it was awful and the colour was supposed to be in black to match the rest of a 4 million dollars home. Wayne sent his son to the rescue claiming the other guys never had to use mud in roofs because they work in shingles. The son did smooth the stucco but still not colored to match the rest of the house. Because it is not seen from the street I did not care much as long as the leak stopped. A week later it stormed, the one leak became several and got a lot worse because it no longer stains, it actually drips, I am using 5 buckets in the room to collect water, in other words, they destroyed the roof, the ceiling drywall is about to collapse. I called and texted Wayne with no answer. Another roofer came by to look at the situation and felt very sorry for the job they have done, they have never seen a job done as poorly as this. I will have to pay a bigger bill to fix what they damaged. I think I said enough!

Received call back same day I requested quote. Estimate was provided a day later. The actual repair was completed a week after that. They arrived on time and finished in a couple of hours. An explanation of the repair was provided with pictures included. A few days after that there was a severe rainstorm and not a drop seeped in. Great workmanship, fast service and reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

Gave them the job for the asking price and date of their convenience. They just forgot it or disregard it. Called and texted several times to reschedule. Finally, work was done but only half. More roof tiles need fixing but left alone. I asked for a report for insurance submission but nothing came by the day I asked for. Only an invoice with work done came two days after the insurance deadline. Poor service. Do not recommend it.
