Alex responded quickly and courteously with the best value bid. He did a fast good looking job, and I think his membrane system will be more durable and better quality than others we considered.

The only knock was a minor lack of communication on the part of the owner. I sat and waited and had to call. The call prompted a very quick response, a subordinate was dispatched to the residence. The work was quick and appears quality. I would recommend this company.

Great professionals

We had a leaking flat roof on a commercial property. Al responded promptly to the initial request for service , came out and explained in great detail what he would recommend and sent us a bid immediately. His was by far the best bid and he has an impressive warrantee to go with it. We ran into several road blocks along the way, none of them his fault. And he was very accommodating and understanding. He is easy to contact and responds promptly to phone calls and texts. The job was completed today and looks terrific. He left the building and surrounding area spotless.

Alex gave me a quote, gave a very thorough explanation of how we would do the job, and delivered beyond what I expected. As he began to tear off the old roof, more dry rot was found than expected. He fixed the damage with quality workmanship, and did not inflate the price, even though he had every right to do so. Other companies offered a lower price, but their explanation of how they would fix the roof was not near as comforting. The companies that were more expensive, gave me no reason to think that they were any better. I am very happy with the finished product, and the entire process.

I hired Al's Roofing to replace my flat roof. I got 4 quotes - 3 for torchdown roofs and one for PVC - and Al's PVC roof was lower cost, had twice the warranty, and was started and completed quickly and on short notice. The new roof looks to be much better than a normal torchdown in many ways.
