Customer service was quick, efficient, and work was finished in one day! We were given constant updates and when it was finished it looked great!

I was pretty upset about having to get my roof redone as I have quite a high deductible. I got quotes from several individuals and was torn between two contractors, Storm Guard and Roofing Specialists of Houston. Both were willing to work with me on the price and ultimately, we went with Roofing Specialist of Houston. They were extremely professional and did a great job – not to mention that my awesome looking roof is the best one on my street! Storm Guard would have also done a great job. We did have one glitch where a nail hit a water line causing a leak. This, I feel, was my builder’s fault for placing a water line right on the underside of the roof. Based on my experience, the builder, Gehan Homes, does poor quality work and has worded their warranty so they don’t need to fix anything, so I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Roofing Specialist of Houston stepped up, returned my calls and helped cover the damages. I hope to never need to purchase a new roof again, but if I do, I would definitely use Roofing Specialists of Houston. If you need a new roof, you should consider calling Grant with Roofing Specialists of Houston.

Grant was a very professional, knowledgeable, and ethical guy to work with. Would definitely do Business with this Company again. Saved me a lot of money over the other 3 bids.

Saved me $8,000. My claim was denied, Grant came out and stated that I received a denial only so the insurance would save money so I scheduled another inspection with insurance and Grant took time on a Sunday to come out and meet with them and got my roof approved. I was prepared to spend all the money for a roof replacement out of my own pocket until Grant got involved and suggested I get a new inspection because my first was a bad claim for me and there was enough damage for a claim in my favor. Two other roofers never even mentioned it because they knew I was buying the roof regardless so they did not care to save me the money . He did everything he said he would do plus more. Cant thank him and his crew enough, saved me literally over $8,000

Experience overall was great. Contractor, and our salesman was as classy of a group as there is in construction. I highly recommend these guys, great work , and saved me $1100 compared to my other bid.

People would be making an unwise decision if they use anyone else for a roofing job.

More attention given to the finished edges. Not consistent with the final cutting and trimming. Otherwise, work quality is very good.

Explained all the options. Was careful about scheduling around the rain. Crew did a great job installing and clean up for our total roof replacement. Price was fair. Would use again.

Did some other things for us that they really didn't have to do and everything looks great. Hopefully we don't need another roof anytime soon but I would definitely call him again, anytime.

I am very happpy with my new roof. It improves the overall appearance of my home and the value. The management was caring and considerate, the work professional.

If there is an issue, Grant will do what it takes to make it right. My job had a mix up on the vent order and subsequently, the wrong vents were installed. After bringing the issue to Grant's attention, he came the next business day and worked until it was corrected that same day. This process involved going back to the vendor twice. Roofing Specialists warranties their work for 10 years. This is a local company, so if there is an issue, you will be able to find them.
