Home Pro did a fine job, on time, with good communications

We first worked with Home Pro Roofing and Solar in October 2025 when we needed to replace the entire shingle roof on our house. We got estimates from several roofing companies, and Home Pro stood out from the beginning. Their estimator was prompt, professional, and thorough, and they offered several good options with high-quality materials at a very reasonable price. Home Pro handled the permitting process and coordinated the required city inspections. Once the permit was approved, the project was scheduled promptly, and the entire roof replacement was completed quickly. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and we were very happy with the quality of the work and how our new roof turned out. Because we had such a good experience with Home Pro on the roof, we decided to work with Russ Kahn at Home Pro again when we were ready to install solar this year. Russ was very helpful in arranging the solar project. He was always prompt, professional, and responsive, answered all of my questions, and provided a very reasonable quote. We signed the contract with Home Pro, and Russ helped coordinate a significant amount of the project with Solar Tech, the contractor who performed the actual solar installation. The solar installation went smoothly, and the system recently received Permission to Operate (PTO) from PG&E. It has been working great so far. Overall, we've now worked with Home Pro for both our roof replacement and solar project, and we've been very happy with the experience. Russ has been particularly helpful and responsive throughout the solar process. I would definitely recommend Home Pro Roofing and Solar, especially if you're looking for a company that offers good value, communicates well, and follows through on the project.

We needed some repairs from dry rot under our solar panels. At first, we wanted to just have Home Pro remove the panels and do the repairs. However, Russ (and his due diligence) pulled our last roof permit (31 years!) and explained in detail about how it might be time to replace the roof. Turns out the damage was extensive enough that a replacement was the right thing, especially since we're expecting a bad winter. Their prices were reasonable for both the extensive repairs and the new roof. Their contractors for both the solar remove & reinstall and the roofers were detail oriented in their work. We are very happy with the result.

I just had a new roof installed, and these guys did an awesome job. They had a whole crew come out and worked 12 hours to get the job done in one day. They even did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves. I did not have any plant damage. And I have a beautiful new roof. Very happy with their work. The HomePro Rep was very professional and very easy to work with.

When my elderly aunt's roof started leaking during heavy rains, I was overwhelmed since I live far away. Thankfully, a friend recommended Home Pro, and they were amazing! Donna managed everything seamlessly over the phone, from assessment to completion. Their pricing was fair, and the work was top-notch. Even from a distance, I could see their dedication and professionalism. My aunt?s home is now leak-free and looks fantastic. I highly recommend Home Pro for anyone needing reliable and caring roofing services!
