Roof - Clean
The guys did an excellent job cleaning the roof. My roof was covered in black mildew stains and looked old and weathered. I was blown away with how much different my home looks with a clean roof. Not a stain or dark spot left. 100% recommend for anyone wanting to refresh and clean their roof.

DO NOT pay any money before he starts the job. I paid the 50% nonrefundable deposit and he was supposed to start replacing my roof the following week. 3 weeks passed and I asked when he would start my job. He said he has another job that paid their deposit before me. So he collected 2 deposits and did not start on either. He knew I had a leak and the damages were getting worst. I asked for a refund so that I could hire someone else. He told me to read the bottom of the contract that states 50% nonrefundable deposit. I had to hire someone else to do the job. Now I am having to take him to court to get my deposit back.

But that?s far from the truth Ma?am , we explain to you about we was a few weeks out and have Tex?s to prove this , so you was aware of this , we not the type of company to just take your money, also the other job we had deposit from he?s completed , and you would of been too, but you went ahead of hire someone else , so that was your decision and we was not aware of this until you already had hire someone else , so it states clearly on your Contract that you signed non refundable Deposit , so if you need to take us to court then we will prove our case then , Have a great day :)"

I would rather have left no rating for value for money, but that was not possible. I simply do not know the value for money. I did not get multiple quotes, just from Richard. I liked him when I met him and simply went with him. He was my only quote. Having worked in construction all of my working life I fully understand that price is not the only thing.

Richard Graves ( company owner) and his crew were very professional. Richard kept me updated in a timely manner on his work schedule as it related to my gutter installation. He went out of his way to match my new gutters color scheme with the same color as my metal roof. He later came back and installed "gutter extension hoses" on my downspouts after I decided they were needed. I will probably have him install an additional gutter over the front porch at a later date.
