I called the office and they sent Gary out to us. He explained the different roofing materials. I went with GAF shingle for their unbelievable unlimited wind warranty. The team did a great job and excellent cleanup. Completed on time and its a great looking roof. I highly recommend Gary and Roofing by Home Plus

They listened well. And did all they said they would. No hidden fees. Very nice and well mannered.

Roofing by HOMEPLUS repaired our leaking Florida room flat roof on 12/9/15 with a 3 year warranty given by Robert Long, owner. In June of this year 2017, we noticed wet spots on the ceiling & contacted Robert, reminding him of the warranty. He said he had retired & it was out of his hands...that the new owners who were using same license number of CCC1327391 (Tim & Tyler) would take care of the situation. However Tim said they could not honor the warranty because they had not done the work. Tyler came out to inspect situation & gave us a written estimate of $4900.00 to repair what had been repaired 1 1/2 years ago for $2100.00. We told him that was out of sight since we had a 3 year warranty. He then said he could fix the problem using a good sealer for $1400.00 with a 2 year warranty. We had this done & paid Tyler on 6/28/17. On 8/28/17, we noticed some MAJOR wet spots on the ceiling & a steady drip of water. In one small area the ceiling was starting to separate. This required 3 days of commercial fans & a dehumidifier to dry it out (some baseboard had to be removed). My husband spoke to Tyler a couple times & he was supposed to come out but never returned. Now we are out $3500.00 & have a bigger mess than before. At this point we would settle for nothing less than a full refund and would not recommend Roofing by HOMEPLUS to anybody.

After using Roofing by home plus I would never have to think about calling somebody else they were excellent

I had a horrible experience work with Roofing by Homeplus. First they changed the scope of the project from the quote. They charged me $1,000 and I don't know for what because they refused to send me an invoice of the work they actually completed. I know their crew was on site for 1 1/2 hours at most. What the heck cost $1,000? Tyler asked to be paid over the phone, and said I can pay by credit card. He did not tell me that he would charge an extra 3.5% for me to do so. If I had known, I would have just sent a check. It is unethical to incur charges to a customer he does not know about the charge. When I called to ask about this I was told "it's in the contract", so it is too bad for me. To make this worse, they overcharged me on the credit card fee by $5. They wouldn't even refund that! Many of my inquiries to the company to try to fix this situation went ignored. They are just another unethical contractor out to screw people over.

My roof was repaired within three days after contacting Homeplus. They did an excellent job & cleaned up afterwards. Will be recommending them to my other friends when need of roof repair.

Got the job done on a timely manor guys could not speak English this part I did not like

The work man was great ,polite, friendly and professional . He cleaned up all the mess. He is still working in this heat but should finish up today. He explains everything he's doing. So far it all looks like a very good job. I'm pleased at the results No deposit and payment when finished.

Tyler was prompt, told me exactly what needed to be done, found a problem I didn't even know I had and then resolved the issues in a very timely manner at a fair price.

Thorough explanations given for all the work. Shown pictures of what was in question. The integrity of the workers was wonderful. Once the work started, found some problems not listed on the contract, which were handled at no extra cost. Wonderful personalities and great to work with.

Delivered all that was promised. Very pleased with the quality of workmanship.
