Dear Mr. Tyler [Provider Name Removed] and Mr Roman [Provider Name Removed]: I am writing this letter to let both of you know how pleased and satisfied I am that Roof RX did my re-roof following the extensive damage to it from Hurricane Ian. You both understood my concern in getting the best, high quality re-roof. Your young salesman, Connor [Provider Name Removed], impressed me with his professional and good attitude. We worked out a good proposal for a re-roof for my home that would get the approval of my insurance carrier. He let me know that the re-roof would meet all of the Florida building codes and requirements. I appreciate the great support that both of you and Connor gave me during the whole re-roof process. Your entire office staff worked as a team to help me. Mekenzie answered my questions whenever I needed help. She gave me excellent and outstanding customer service consistently. When any problems came up during the re-roofing job, Roof RX stepped up and took care of them in an excellent manner and in reasonable time. The production department manager - Brandon and also - David in production made sure I got a great re-roof, gutters, and anything else that was needed for a completed job. Eddie - the runner - was so careful of my property and nice to me when he came to deliver supplies for the re-roof. All the people that came to my house to do work for Roof RX took pride in their work and did a great job. These workers include Leo, Kevin, José and Fatima, and many others including the ones that were working up on the roof. My thanks to all the workers. Thank you Tyler and Roman for living up to all your promises and for the beautiful roof. I feel very confident that Roof RX will honor my roof warranty.
