GREAT AT EVERYTHING! I couldn't be happier with the customer service, attention to detail and quality of work. They took the time to explain the process and provided great advice on working with my insurance company. They arrived on schedule and went above and beyond. All this at a great price. After contacting other companies I felt most comfortable working with Mitch and I definitely made the right choice. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Very responsive and completed the work right away

Mitch and the Roofman team were excellent! I used Houzz over the summer to find a contractor to finish my basement. I was given a list of companies who could help. Roofman was the only team that reached out to me and was one of the few to actually show up to provide me with a quote. Mitch and his team were always on time, professional, and were at my house nearly everyday to complete the job. Mitch was always easy to communicate with and get a hold of whenever I had questions or an ask (I had a lot and he was always incredibly accommodating!). His team were able to complete the basement and final city inspection within 60 days as promised. The quality of the work was great and I have received a lot of compliments on the look and design that he had much say in. His price was very reasonable where many of the other quotes I had received were just looking to take advantage. I had originally made the mistake of overlooking Roofman due to their name in thinking they only did roofs. I was wrong and would hire Roofman for any job. I highly recommend Roofman and will be calling them again soon for home improvement project!

This was the first time I've had a roof done. Mr. Holbrooks was fantastic in explaining the process and working with my home insurance adjuster. I appreciated Mr. Holbrooks patience and return of phone calls and/or emails. Roofing crew showed up a little after 8:00 am and had to remove two layers of shingles. They were finished with the roof and clean up by 5:15 pm. WOW!!! Would definitely recommend Roofman for anyone needing a new roof or roofing repairs.

Stayed in contact with me the entire time (key with me) & notified me up front of all the things to expect & stayed on budget. Team showed up 6:45 & worked pretty much non-stop until done. Mr. Holbrooks stopped by during install to check on crew & took the time to verify all was as needed & that I had no questions or concerns. His team has been cleaning up as they go & I am very pleased with them. Would use them again in the future.

Competitive pricing and quality workmanship

Mr. Holbrook was the first company we heard from. After receiving quotes from 3 different vendors on the Home Advisor network, we were intially a bit overwhelmed: it wasn't as simple as we thought it would be. Different companies offering different products, different services and different prices. We decided to go with Roofman. He explained his products, warranties, etc. and made us feel very comfortable with what to expect. On the date given, his crew arrived on time and took great pains to protect our shrubbery, etc.. They replaced damaged decking after a complete tearoff, installed good quality felt and great "long life" shingles. Ridge vents and vents - in one day it was complete! Crew showed great attention to detail and a great work ethic. The clean up was pristine. The next day his crew came out to replace our gutters. The price for both jobs was the best we received, with the same quality products others offered. A week or two after the install, some heavy rain showed that one of our gutters needed adjusted. My husband contact Mr. Holbrook via email and he saw to it that it was taken care of immediately. Roofman offers great products, competitive pricing and Mr. Holbrook's cusomer service far exceeded our expectations. we would hightly recommend this company. I wish we could have rated this company higher!!!
