EAI Services Home Restoration

We hired Ron from (EAI services) to help to with a leak on the ceiling of our garage. We received quotes and decided to pay the higher quote from EAI Services due to the 10 year warranty displayed on the website. In fact the owner told us in person that you have me for 10 years. This gave us peace of mind as this is an ongoing issue and we were ready to have it fixed once and for all. We paid to have new tyvek, an ice/water barrier, and taping of the front section of our house above our garage. The next storm came and sure enough it was still leaking. The owner stated the crew messed up and would return to "fix" it. Soon after we once again had water appear again. We reached out numerous times and were told he would return to fix but never showed. It's been months without return. After the last false promise to come out we have now been ghosted completely, not answering texts, calls, or emails. Steer clear of this dishonest company. Does NOT honor warranty!!

This Pro did the job with great attention to detail. All the workers were specialized craftsman. Each had years of experience in their own field. The work was completed on time and on budget. Upon completion, the clean-up phase perfect. I would recommend this Pro to anyone.
