I asked to have walls closed in and the holes are big enough that squirrels are getting in and they used my trailer to hall off the old roof and scrap and broke the jack. They never said anything so when I went to use it 1 1/2 hr later fixed. I called to talk but no return call. Not very HAPPY. Not very professional work was not very good. Would never use them again.

Martin did a great job on the flashing project. Even though it was a smaller project he fit it into his schedule. Being a perfectionist he wants to come back and add foam and additional screws to hold down the longer section of flashing to make sure it stays to form, even when the snow start flying.

Martin promptly returned my initial call and upon detailed discussion, offered a reasonable Sunday appointment because the house needing inspection close by. Our RE-10 was due on Monday so this professional assistance was key to a favorable closing. We would rate his Customer service a “10”.

Martin Tittes at MLT Inspections is the most thoughtful repairman I have used. When traffic held him up, he called to let me know. When he was on our property, he was constantly thoughtful and respectful. When he saw me struggling to move some furniture, he came to my rescue even though the task was unrelated to what he was hired to do. He was knowledgeable about types, styles and colors for roof tiles and helped with that selection. He knows the guidelines and rules for roofing jobs and made sure our roof complied. The job was done well, at a good price, and Martin and his crew were completely pleasant during the days they were doing the job. When they left, everything was cleaned up and just as we hoped. I highly recommend Martin at MLT inspections!

Easy to work with and they did a great job

The repair went well. I had to leave town before the job got completed, but from what I saw Martin was doing a good job. I will see the completed job when I return home on Labor Day.
