This is the worst company I have experienced in my life. The guy knocked on my door and made it seem like it was a innocent quote come to fine out they created a binding contract which I was never made aware of or I would have said no thank you. I didnt know they suppose to get 30 percent regardless if I get a roof or not who does that. I wasn?t made aware of the 30 percent until I said i need to cancel since my deductible is to high. I won?t need you guys services . Then he stated out of the State Farm check that was issued they will take 30 percent which is a scam. Then i am just finding out that this company took the whole check for almost 14,000 that State Farm says was issued to the both of us so I am unaware of how they cashed it. The last conversation which I have the receipts is ti wanted the money to go to State Farm after the 30 percent that i just learned about in that text and they stolen the whole check even though they said the rest out of the 30 percent goes to the home

Our experience with using Roofsimple to replace our roof did not go well. BUYER BEWARE! Although we were happy with the high quality of the GAF roofing material in the end, Roofsimple made huge mistakes in not covering our brand new TREX deck and patio for protection. Consequently, when they replaced the fascia, the Roofsimple team allowed a large amount of nails and other debris to fall onto the deck and patio. In addition, when they removed the existing gutters, Roofsimple dropped the gutters onto the deck and patio, scraping it badly. Overall, Roofsimple caused a significant amount of damage to our personal property, and we werenâ t pleased. We were surprised to hear that they told us it was not part of their standard business practice to provide protection to a homeownerâ s property when replacing fascia. Wow, we called that response extremely neglectful and disrespectful! Our deck isn't even two years old yet (built in November, 2022) and the fact that they didn't care about the damage they caused, they showed no empathy for our feelings or property. Their lead foreman (Nathan) eventually did work with our patio-deck builder to replace the damaged pieces. Kudos Nathan. However, when we raised the issue and dissatisfaction with their lead sales guy (Luke) and headquarters management, we asked for compensation for the trouble and they ignored our emails and phone calls. Crickets! Clearly, Roofsimple was trying to hide from their mistakes and failed to provide any just compensation for damaging all of our personal property. Stay away from Roofsimple!

They are super unprofessional.

They did an awesome job.

They contacted us very quickly to check the problem, give us a reasonable quote. They did the repair promptly and resolved the issue. Very friendly and courteous each time we talked.

Great job. Great people. Great company.
