I'm writing this evaluation about 2 years after the job was actually done. I wanted the roof of the home I'd just bought resealed, as the old coating was wearing thin. John was very personable & gave me a good estimate so I hired him. They applied the whitecoat to most of the roof, but a part of it was still wet, difficult to access, & they were unable to dry it enough with blowers, so they said they would be back to do this very small portion of the roof in a few weeks. They never did even after repeated calls. I called again a year later about a leak that was supposed to be under guarantee, and never got a response. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!

John and his assistant were out to my house within a week of my request. They did their work and even offered me a sizeable discount for a cash transaction (which looking back, seems questionable). All seemed well. Fast-forward a couple of days. Rain hits Baltimore. My roof is leaking as much, if not worse, than before the "repair". John said his work came with a warranty and that all I had to was call him if any problems arose. Fast-forward three weeks. I have left several messages about my leaky roof; without a reply. I am left with a lot less money, a roof in disrepair, and a house full of pots being used to catch rain. Stay away!

Our project turned out to be more involved than originally anticipated (no fault of Rooftech), but they did a great job and our roof is now leak-free!

Punctual! Very friendly, personable, but professional. Explained what he would do and took pictures to show me the actual damage to my roof. Even went as far as to trim tree branches and clean the debris. Cost was better than I anticipated. I would definitely call John for other problems that I should have. Highly recommended.

So far, so good! I appreciated both the response time and the fact that John Henry was the only contractor who actually got onto the roof and looked at it to determine where the roof leak might be coming from. I also appreciated his willingness to address the situation at hand rather than attempt to upsell the project. While I hope I never have to avail myself of Roof Tech's services again, should I require additional work on my roof, they will the first company I call.

being on the eastern shore its really hard to get any kind of service done on your home for a fair price in a reasonable time. Mr. Henry arrived at my home at the time he said he would be here and took the time to talk to my husband about our issue with our roof. He took a look at the roof told us what needed to be done to fix the problem. After about a hour the job was done.

Good guy. Gave me a number of options and advise. I ended up only repairing the roof and not replacing it.

Very timely estimate and began work immediately. Everything was done in a couple of hours with no impact on our family. Very curteous and professional. Would definitely use them again for future roofing needs.

John was nice during the first meeting. Had a roof leak with the roof vent and vent pipe. Gave a great price, or so it seemed. He did the job quickly and provided images. A few days after John "fixed" the roof it rained and I still had the leak. I contacted John to make repairs and never received a response. Needless to say, I ended getting a different contractor that did an AMAZING job. He not only fixed John's work, which ended up to be poor, but also sealed the roof tight.

We called him the day after a big windstorm blew a portion of our roof vent off.. He came the same day and fixed it for a fair price. Even though we didn't get a receipt (he said his receipt printer wasn't working), I wouldn't hesitate to call him for service again.
