Morgan was very professional and thorough. His report was very detailed and it was extremely helpful for my client who was purchasing a home in a different city. He even corrected and re-sent all the report because I misspelled the street name. I highly recommend him!

He pointed out deficiencies in the properties and explained to me in fine detail what was going on with the house and why. Ie water damage/outdated appliances and he also did a termite inspection! Morgan was able to inspect the house practically at the last minute. The builder gave us very little time to do an inspection. Morgan completed the inspection and the report in great time. Some construction deficiencies were serious enough to need remedy/repair before move-in because of safety risks. This potentially saved us from electric shock, broken glass door, etc. Other deficiencies could have caused costly problems in the future. We are so grateful that Morgan pointed these issues out. The written report needed a few details for clarity, and Morgan gladly added this.
