Robbie came out to take care of a couple things we needed right after buying a first place. We had about 5 projects total, and he explained each one well, and gave us an estimate for each one. We prioritized in terms of our budget, and he got two checked off the list at that time. He did quality work, and was friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be calling him again the next time the budget allows us to check something else off the list.

Fix All! in Richmond VA He is very punctual in time, courteous and professional. We hired him intially to assmble furniture purchased from IKEA, despite of the problmes encountred due to faulty piece of furniture he made trip to Lowes and fix it; to save me a 75 mile trip back to IKEA for an exchange of faulty piece. He stayed with us for two extra days and did everything we asked for at a very reasonable price and to our satisfaction. We had also given him a key to our home as he is very trustwrthy. He has become a life long friend for us for any help we need around our home.

Robert Rooks was very professional in the way he handled the work we contracted for. He was always on time and deligent in completing the jobs to my satisfaction. He came the next day, was very professional, assessed the repair I needed, delineated and explained exactly what needed to be done and that it would be done quickly, efficiently and accurately and gave me a price I could live with.
