The team worked hard to get the job done. They had time left over so worked on an extension of the original request.

Was blown away by the job that Room 413 did on both house cleaning and window cleaning. Saved me a fortune in replacing things like glass shower door and refrigerator. When they were done both of those items looked brand new. Hard water around taps and on granite worktops were removed and house was spotless. The team that was sent was first rate and worked so hard. Well worth the money and will definitely use again.

Room 413 lady was wonderful. She was quick and efficient. She was very thorough. My home really needed help because I have been unable to keep house myself due to my health. She came in wore a mask and gloves the whole time adhering to Covid -19 precautions. I would love to have Room 413 return to my home anytime. Thank you all again!

I had Room413 crew come to deep clean my apt while I was staying with my parents for a while. I just got back today (they cleaned about 6 days ago), and I am thrilled! My apartment looks great, and the customer service was phenomenal. I have a studio and 2 cats, so it gets messy and furry very quickly. Not only was the cost super reasonable, but they removed any extra charges I had requested that were already included in a deep clean. I will definitely use Room413 again . I am much more satisfied than I have been with other cleaning services.

The 2 cleaners that cane were very friendly and did a great job even moving things to dust. We were very happy with the service.

They didn't do what I asked them to do and told me they were finished. After they left I checked the house more thoroughly and found they hadn't cleaned out the drawers or cabinets I asked them to clean.

When 4 people left after 2 hours, our house appeared clean, but I continually found things left undone or done poorly (the glass shower enclosure, for example). The job they did was not better than I could have done myself in 4 hours - I expected much more from professional cleaners.

I do not know what I would do without these people. They have made a huge difference in my living space and therefore... my life. They have a great sense of what needs to be done without micro management. I feel blessed.
